Holiday Shipping: Please be advised that FedEx, USPS, and UPS are all operating at extreme capacity this season due to the increase in online shopping this year. We will process and ship your order as fast as we can. Be sure to order as early as possible to avoid possible shipping delays this holiday season. Thank you and Wreck' Em Tech!

In our continued effort to minimize waste, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
We have partnered with FedEx so that our customers receive their Red Raider gear as quickly as possible! Most orders will ship out within 24 hours on business days when all items are in stock. Priority-shipping orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday through Friday will ship out the same day when all items are in stock. There are a few items that may take a little longer or ship separately which will be noted on the website.
Pick-Ups (Curbside): When ordering pick-ups, we ask that you please give us 3-5 business days to process you order. When the order is beginning to be processed you will receive a "Shipped" notification. This does not mean we are shipping your order, it is a default in the system that we cannot change. The "Shipped" notification really means that we have printed out the packing slips for you order and we are beginning to process the items on your order. When your order is actually ready you will receive an automated text notification from us letting you know when to pick up.
Dropship: Items that contain "Dropship" anywhere in the description or title are items that ship directly from the manufacturer. If you have an order with a Dropship item then part of your order will ship from us and the Dropship item will ship separately directly from the manufacturer. These items normally ship within 2-3 weeks however it can be a shorter or longer shipping time depending on the manufacturer. Unfortunately we are not provided any tracking information from the manufacturing companies so we will not be able to provide a tracking update on these items.
Pre-Orders: Items that are designated as "Pre-Order" will normally have a expected ship date, which is the date that we are given by the manufacturer, and therefore frequently change depending on the manufacturing process. If there is no expected ship date next to the pre-order then it means the manufacturer cannot give us an estimate on how long it is going to take. Orders that contain a Pre-Order item will not be shipped out until we have everything that is included on your order, including the pre-order items. Pre-Order dates are not set in stone, therefore your order could ship out later or even sooner than your pre-order date depending on the manufacturer.
*FedEx delivers Monday through Friday to physical addresses (please, no P.O. boxes). FedEx does not pick up or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday even if it is an Overnight or 2-Day shipment.
- You will receive FedEx tracking information for your order as soon as the shipping label is created. Once the order is actually shipped out you will see movement on your tracking number.
- Priority processing is given to orders that select priority shipping (Overnight and 2-Day).
- Processing and shipping times are based on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- If your order contains items that are out of stock, we will contact you via email before shipping out your package.
FedEx Ground: Our standard option, but it’s fast! These orders will typically ship out in 24-48 hours. If you are shipping to a Texas address, transit time is usually one to two days with most orders arriving within two days. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders, shipping charges will be adjusted and emailed to you before processing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping delays with the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS).
FedEx 2nd Day Air: Orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday, will ship out same day and will be delivered in 2 FedEx business days (Monday-Friday). If you order by noon on Monday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Wednesday. If you order by noon on Friday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Tuesday. (Please do not count the day your order ships when calculating delivery time.) We are not responsible for any shipping delays with the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS).
FedEx Next Day Air: Orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday, will ship out same day and will be delivered by the end of the next FedEx business day (Monday-Friday). If you order by noon on Monday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Tuesday. If you order by noon on Friday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Monday. We are not responsible for any shipping delays with the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS).
Military Shipping Options: We are pleased to send packages to Red Raiders in the military! Orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses will ship out via USPS Priority Mail. USPS does not provide tracking information for these packages and delivery time varies based on the destination. (Middle East Regions: Typically 7-14 business days, All Other Regions: Typically 7-9 business days) We are not responsible for any shipping delays with the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS).
Our Promise to You: Red Raider Outfitter will make every effort to prepare your package as quickly as we can for timely delivery by FedEx. Due to high shipping volumes and adverse weather during the holiday season, initial processing and FedEx delivery times may be delayed. Our team will do their best to provide updates and notifications during these times to help you choose the best shipping option.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy is easy.
Items purchased online that are in their original condition and original packaging which have not been used, laundered, or worn and still have their original tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by their original receipt of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
There are no refunds or exchanges on hot market, date sensitive items, items with player’s numbers such as game day and bowl merchandise, jerseys, Kingsbury memorabilia or personalized custom items. For sanitary and health reasons, all facemasks are also final sale. All SALE items are a final sale.
Return process at-a-glance.
So you’re not thrilled with your order? Whatever the reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange or refund back to the original payment method. Just enclose the item(s) in a secure package with the tag(s) attached and send with your packing slip/order confirmation back to our warehouse address that is on your order and at the bottom of the this page. Please include a note to let us know whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s) in your package so that we can process as quickly as possible.
Products damaged in shipment.
Carefully examine each package for damage. This includes tears in the boxes, crushed corners or edges, dents, open or wet boxes, torn bags, etc. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged in shipment, please notify our Red Raider Outfitter E-commerce team immediately so that we may file a claim with FedEx. You can email our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) a picture of the damage and the order information so that a claim can be submitted. Please keep all packing and shipping cartons and materials while awaiting instructions for return or replacement. We will contact FedEx to file any claims that may be needed and contact you in the appropriate time frame as designated by FedEx.
Time needed for credit and return.
Please allow approximately 10 business days to process your return or exchange once it arrives at our facility. If you are exchanging or returning an item purchased for you as a gift, please contact Red Raider Outfitter for instructions on receiving merchandise credit BEFORE sending the item(s) back! Refunds can only be applied to the original form of payment.
