Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping rates per order are:

All express shipping charges are in addition to the standard shipping rates stated above. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International orders, shipping charges will be emailed to you before processing your order.

During normal operation if all merchandise is in stock for your order, it will be shipped out within 48 hours.  This is not a guarantee, however we will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If your order contains items that are out of stock you will be contacted and shipment within 48 hours is not guaranteed. If you need to receive your order by a certain time please choose expresss shipping and make a note in the special instructions section of your order as to when you are needing the order to arrive. Please keep in mind UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Red Raider Outfitter will make every effort to prepare your package for timely delivery by UPS. In the event your shipment is delayed by adverse weather, we apologize and thank you for your patience. Red Raider Outfitter is not responsible for disruptions within the UPS transportation network.

Due to high shipping volumes during the holiday season, initial shipment and UPS delivery times may be delayed. There will be notifications and updates made during these times to help you choose the best shipping option.

2008 Holiday Shipping Update:

Orders placed by Friday, Dec. 19th- Sunday, December 21st

must select NEXT DAY AIR to receive by Christmas

Orders placed Monday December 22nd by 2:00 pm CST

must select NEXT DAY AIR to receive by Christmas

This is the last day to order for Christmas delivery.

UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday and only guarantees

NEXT DAY AIR barring weather problems.
