Return/ Exchange Policy
Our return policy is easy.
Items purchased online that have not been used, laundered, or worn my be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase and we will replace it or reimburse you in the same form as your original payment. There are no refunds/exchanges on hot market, date sensitive items, or items with players numbers such as game day and bowl merchandise, or jerseys. All SALE items are a final sale.

So you’re not thrilled with your order? Whatever the reason, whether you were sent the wrong product, or you ended up with a defective item, simply return the item(s) within 30 days and we will exchange or refund your credit card. Just enclose the item(s) in a secure package and send with your receipt and a copy of your order. For your protection, please use UPS, Insured Parcel Post or Federal Express for shipment.
However, if you are returning an item to us due to our mistake in processing your order, please use USPS so that we can have a record of how much to refund you for shipping.

We won't make you pay for our mistakes.
If by no fault of your own, you received an item that was either defective or shipped to you by mistake we’ll reimburse you if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days. Not only will we fix the problem, we’ll credit you for the cost of the return shipping. All you need to do is include your shipping receipt and a copy of your order with your returned merchandise. Please use USPS for returning your item so that we will have a record of how much you will need to be refunded for shipping.
If you ordered an item by mistake and realized that it just won’t do, you pay for the return shipping. Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be shipped an exchange item (and incur an additional freight charge) or - if you prefer - your card will be reimbursed for the price of the item and sales tax (if any), but not for any shipping costs. No COD returns/exchanges are accepted.
Products damaged in shipment.
Carefully examine each box for damage. This includes tears in the boxes, crushed corners or edges, dents, open, or wet boxes, etc. Please be sure to have the UPS driver make the notations. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged in shipment, you must notify Red Raider Outfitter immediately. Please keep all packing and shipping cartons and materials while awaiting instructions for return or replacement. We will contact UPS to file any claims that may be needed.
Time needed for credit and return.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange. If you are exchanging or returning an item purchased for you as a gift, please contact Red Raider Outfitter for instructions on receiving merchandise credit. Refunds will only be applied to the credit card used to make your purchase.
